Third Shot started with a simple frustration: most paddles were built to win the highlight reel, not the point. We wanted gear that rewards touch, patience and placement.
The workshop
Our first paddles came out of a converted workshop with a band saw, a heat press and far too many prototype faces pinned to the wall. We still work the same way: small runs, lots of hitting, honest notes.
Every model is played for at least six weeks across rec sessions, league nights and drilling before we sign off on it. Players at every level, from first-week beginners to 5.0 tournament regulars, tell us where it falls short.

- Courts for everyone. A share of Pink Edition sales funds research, and our Rookie paddle exists so a first game costs less.

This store is a portfolio build by Michael Kuhlman, a Magento 2 / Adobe Commerce developer with 16 years of experience: Mage-OS (Magento Open Source 2.4) on nginx, PHP-FPM, MariaDB, OpenSearch and Redis, a custom Luma child theme, and a custom module that seeds the catalogue. Every product photo is a 3D render made for this store. No orders are fulfilled and no payments are taken.
